This Garlic Parmesan Broccoli makes for a quick and delicious side dish that can be paired with almost anything!
Cut broccoli and season with salt and pepper.
Add olive oil to skillet and heat on medium high. Add minced garlic to oil to saute.
Once garlic is just browned, add seasoned broccoli to skillet.
Cover skillet and cook broccoli, turning often, about 30 minutes or until tender.
When broccoli is almost done, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and squeeze lemon juice on top of broccoli and stir.
